Are you the type that makes promises to yourself but won't take action?

You wake up and say, "I'm going to start my exercise program tomorrow". Tomorrow roles around and you don't act. Two weeks have past and you still haven't made any effort to start your program.

You need to get serious about these promises. You may think promises such as this are small, but over time they become quite large.

Whether you realize it or not, you are practicing a bad habit.

Remember when you were a kid and someone made a promise to do something for you? When it was time for them to deliver on their promise they didn't. Most likely this person also made promises to himself or herself that they didn't keep as well.

Put on your game face.

Get serious about keeping promises and taking action. Get off the bench and get in the game. When you get off the bench play to win. Many times we get into the game of life but we don't play to win. We rely on others to win the game for us.

You ever wonder why you end up like those around you? Because you're following their lead and letting them control the game of life for you.

Quit complaining and start doing.

Complaining gets you nowhere...

I would imagine you would like for your life to take you somewhere. Actions can take you somewhere if you let them.

Put on your game face.

RIGHT NOW, call a time-out and get in the game.
